Small Celebrations for Up to 50 Guests

Villa Pátzcuaro is designed for human-scale gatherings. The final number of guests depends on the type of setup, the areas used, accommodation needs, and the characteristics of each celebration.

How Does It Work?

1. Tell us what you have in mind. Date, approximate number of guests, schedule, and whether you need accommodation.

2. We review whether the gathering is suitable for the property. We confirm availability, the appropriate space, and any necessary conditions.

3. We define with you what Villa Pátzcuaro can offer. Any additional service, setup, or requirement must be expressly agreed upon.

4. You receive a proposal. The celebration is confirmed only after the proposal has been accepted and the agreed confirmation conditions have been met.

Before Confirming

Availability. All celebrations require prior consultation and hotel confirmation.

Capacity. Capacity depends on the type of gathering, setup, and areas used.

Accommodation. Accommodation is not automatically included. Rooms and villas are quoted according to availability and occupancy.

Access and parking. These are reviewed according to the number of guests and the characteristics of the gathering.

Additional services. Only services expressly indicated in the proposal are considered included. External providers or special setups require prior authorization.

Schedule and guest guidelines. Each celebration must respect hotel operations, other guests, and the care of the gardens.
