Before Booking

Advance reservation.
Villas require reservations at least 72 hours prior to arrival date, subject to availability and hotel confirmation. Requests made with shorter notice, except for same-day arrivals, may be considered only when the villa is available and ready to receive guests.

Cleaning Service
Villas are designed to offer greater privacy and independence. For short stays, cleaning service may be provided every third day. For extended stays, cleaning is not included in the base rate; additional services may be requested subject to availability.

Smoke-free villa.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

Pets.
Pets in villas are considered only with prior hotel authorization. Authorization depends on the number, size and type of pet, as well as the conditions of the stay.

Minors.
Guests under 14 are not permitted.

Times.
Check-in: 15:00.
Check-out: 12:00.
If you plan to arrive outside the usual hours, please contact us in advance to coordinate your arrival.

Maximum occupancy
4 guests. The base rate is for 2 guests; up to 2 additional guests may be added for an extra charge of $350 MXN per person, per night.

Reservation conditions.
Full payment of the stay is required to confirm the reservation. Rates are subject to availability, season and special dates; taxes are included. Cannot be combined with other promotions.

Cancellations and changes.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date and time may be requested in accordance with the current policy. Within 72 hours of arrival, payments made are non-refundable. Changes requested within this period are subject to availability and hotel authorization. Review our reservation and cancellation policies before confirming.
