At Villa Pátzcuaro, our pet policy varies according to the type of accommodation in order to preserve the tranquility, cleanliness, and comfort of all our guests.

Rooms

Pets are not allowed in hotel rooms.

Villas

Pets may be considered only with prior authorization from Villa Pátzcuaro.

Authorization will depend on the number, size, and type of pet, as well as the conditions of the stay. For this reason, guests traveling with pets must contact the hotel before confirming their reservation.

Authorization is not automatic and may vary from one stay to another.

RV Park & Camping

Pets are welcome in the RV Park & Camping under its specific rules.

During their stay, pets must remain under the supervision of their owners, be kept on a leash whenever they are outside the RV unit, and respect the designated areas and rules established to protect the gardens and the comfort of other guests.

Conditions for Authorized Pets

• Pets must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult.
• Outside the villa or RV unit, pets must remain on a leash.
• Pets are not allowed in the pool area or in any other areas designated as restricted by management.
• Pets must not be left alone in villas when the guest is away from the property.
• Beds, armchairs, towels, sheets, or other hotel textiles may not be used for pets.
• Guests must immediately pick up after their pets and keep the areas they use clean.
• The owner is responsible for any damage, extraordinary cleaning, or other impact caused by the pet.
• Persistent barking, aggressive behavior, lack of control, or significant disturbance to other guests may result in withdrawal of permission for the pet to remain on the property.
• Housekeeping staff will not enter a villa while a pet is present without proper control or supervision.

Admission of a pet implies acceptance of these conditions and of any additional instructions communicated by Villa Pátzcuaro before or during the stay.

Service animals will be accommodated in accordance with applicable regulations.
