Before Booking
Availability.
Experience Pátzcuaro is subject to villa availability and direct hotel confirmation.
Advance reservation.
Villas require reservations at least 72 hours prior to arrival date. Requests with shorter notice may be considered only when the villa is available and ready to receive guests.
Confirmation and payment.
Full payment is required to confirm the stay, using the payment methods indicated by the hotel.
Cancellations and changes.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date and time may be requested in accordance with the current policy. Within 72 hours prior to arrival, payments made are non-refundable. Changes requested within this period are subject to availability and hotel authorization.
Occupancy.
The base rate is for 2 guests. Availability and charges for additional guests depend on the villa selected.
Pets.
Pets are considered only with prior hotel authorization and according to the current villa pet policy.
Minors.
Guests under 14 are not permitted.
Times.
Check-in: 15:00.
Check-out: 12:00.
Conditions.
Rates are subject to availability, season, length of stay, and the villa selected. Cannot be combined with other promotions. Taxes included.
