Ubicado justo a un costado de The Huat\u00e1pera<\/b><\/a>, este recinto ofrece un contraste visual fascinante en el coraz\u00f3n de Uruapan. Mientras San Francisco representa el peso de la historia del siglo XVI, este edificio, conocido por los locales de anta\u00f1o como \u201cEl Templo Nuevo\u201d<\/b>, nos habla de la evoluci\u00f3n arquitect\u00f3nica de la ciudad a finales del siglo XIX.<\/p>\n

What makes this temple special is not its opulence, but its unusual characteristics for a Michoacan church:<\/p>\n

    The Profile:<\/b> If you look closely, you will notice that it lacks a tower and dome<\/b>, which gives it a horizontal and discreet silhouette, very different from the verticality of traditional parishes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    The Guardians:<\/b> At the top (the top of the fa\u00e7ade), observe the sculptures of angels carved from quarry<\/b> that watch over the square.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. Quick Visit:<\/b> It is an ideal temple for a brief visit of peace and prayer. Being less touristy than La Huat\u00e1pera, it is usually a quieter space used by local people for daily worship.<\/li>\n
