\ud83d\udcc5 January 1st<\/b><\/p>\n Ihuatzio<\/a>:<\/b> The celebration begins on the first day of the year. Here, the new year is welcomed with the presentation of the traditional \u201cDance of the Old Men\u201d<\/b>, a dance offering that foretells well-being for the community.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n \ud83d\udcc5 From January 2nd to 6th<\/b><\/p>\n T\u00f3cuaro<\/a>:<\/b> This artisan community (famous for its masks) is experiencing its golden age. They are four consecutive days of partying<\/b> dedicated to the Three Wise Men. The must-see here are the Nativity plays<\/b>where the \u201cdevils\u201d with their impressive carved wooden masks take over the streets and the atrium, turning the evangelizing theater into a unique visual spectacle.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n \ud83d\udcc5 January 6 (Three Kings Day)<\/b> It's the big day and the party spills out all along the riverbank. The Three Wise Men travel through the town delivering gifts, but the best part is the hospitality: visitors are treated with fritters bathed in honey and white atole<\/b>.
