This Code of Conduct brings together our commitments as a tourism establishment and the basic guidelines we ask of our guests, visitors, providers, and collaborators.<\/p>\n

Villa P\u00e1tzcuaro recognizes the importance of Mexico\u2019s National Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children and Adolescents in the Travel and Tourism Sector<\/strong>, promoted by the Mexican Ministry of Tourism as a tool for the prevention, detection, and reporting of any form of sexual or labor exploitation of children and adolescents in the tourism sector.\n\nThis instrument seeks to engage tourism service providers in the protection of the rights of minors and in the development of safer and more responsible tourism.     Villa P\u00e1tzcuaro is a property oriented toward rest, privacy, and respectful coexistence.<\/p>\n

    To preserve this atmosphere, we ask guests to avoid excessive noise, amplified music, unauthorized parties, gatherings outside permitted areas, or any conduct that may affect the rest of other guests.<\/p>\n

    The use of guest rooms, villas, gardens, pool, common areas, and RV Park & Camping is subject to the specific policies of each space.<\/p>\n

    Peaceful Atmosphere<\/h2>\n

    Guest rooms and villas are intended for guests aged 14 and older<\/strong>, in order to preserve the restful, private, and peaceful atmosphere that defines the property.<\/p>\n

    Groups, celebrations, workshops, retreats, and private gatherings must be coordinated in advance with the administration and are subject to availability, capacity, schedules, and specific conditions.<\/p>\n

    Smoke-Free Indoor Spaces<\/h2>\n

    To preserve indoor air quality and the well-being of our guests, smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms, villas, or any indoor areas.<\/p>\n

    Designated gardens and outdoor areas are available for guests who wish to smoke outdoors, always respecting the cleanliness, safety, and peaceful atmosphere of the property.<\/p>\n

    Pets<\/h2>\n

    To preserve the comfort, cleanliness, and tranquility of all guests, pets are not allowed in guest rooms or villas.<\/p>\n

    Pets are welcome only in the RV Park & Camping<\/strong>, subject to its specific guidelines and always under the supervision of their owners.<\/p>\n

    Responsible Use of Facilities<\/h2>\n

    Guests and visitors must make proper use of guest rooms, villas, furniture, gardens, pool, walking paths, parking areas, common areas, and designated spaces.<\/p>\n

    Any damage, loss, extraordinary cleaning, or failure to comply with property guidelines may result in additional charges.<\/p>\n

    Villa P\u00e1tzcuaro reserves the right to restrict the use of facilities when there is a risk to safety, tranquility, operation, or preservation of the property.<\/p>\n

    Events, Workshops, and Celebrations<\/h2>\n

    Villa P\u00e1tzcuaro may host intimate celebrations, workshops, retreats, and small-group gatherings, always with prior coordination.<\/p>\n

    Events, parties, large gatherings, amplified music, furniture setup, external providers, or special use of spaces are not permitted without express authorization from the administration.<\/p>\n

    Each event or gathering may be subject to specific conditions regarding capacity, schedule, providers, cleaning, safety, setup, food, beverages, and use of common areas.<\/p>\n

    Prohibition of Illegal Activities<\/h2>\n

    Any activity contrary to the law is strictly prohibited within Villa P\u00e1tzcuaro, including, but not limited to:<\/p>\n

      Villa P\u00e1tzcuaro seeks to provide a safe and respectful stay.<\/p>\n

      We ask guests to take care of their personal belongings, keep their valuables secure, and respect the privacy of other guests.<\/p>\n

      Guests and visitors are not allowed to enter guest rooms, villas, private areas, service areas, or unauthorized spaces.<\/p>\n

      Access by external visitors must be reported to and authorized in advance by the administration.<\/p>\n

      Villa P\u00e1tzcuaro reserves the right of admission and permanence when a person fails to comply with property policies, disturbs the tranquility of the place, puts others at risk, engages in improper conduct, or carries out unauthorized activities.<\/p>\n

      Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in cancellation of the stay or service, without liability for Villa P\u00e1tzcuaro and without obligation to issue a refund.<\/p>\n
