The following policies help us properly prepare each reservation and preserve the restful atmosphere that defines the property.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"521\" data-end=\"524\" \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-section-id=\"11lxysm\" data-start=\"526\" data-end=\"553\">Reservations and Guarantee<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"555\" data-end=\"644\">To confirm a reservation, guests must provide the basic details of their stay:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"646\" data-end=\"788\">\n<li data-section-id=\"5hr2ef\" data-start=\"646\" data-end=\"676\">Guest\u2019s full name.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"d17ytf\" data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"705\">Arrival and departure dates.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"cusbmg\" data-start=\"706\" data-end=\"728\">Type of accommodation.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"19th5fl\" data-start=\"729\" data-end=\"750\">Number of guests.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"fbxft1\" data-start=\"751\" data-end=\"771\">Contact information.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1acnuw9\" data-start=\"772\" data-end=\"788\">Payment method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"790\" data-end=\"941\">A reservation is considered confirmed once the corresponding payment has been made by bank transfer, deposit, or credit\/debit card.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"943\" data-end=\"1122\">Full payment for the stay is required to confirm the reservation, unless a rate, special date, or specific service expressly indicates different conditions before payment is made.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1124\" data-end=\"1127\" \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-section-id=\"10u4wmy\" data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1180\">Payment for Guest Rooms, Villas, and RV Park &amp; Camping<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1297\">Published rates are listed in Mexican pesos and include taxes, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1299\" data-end=\"1399\">Rates may vary depending on season, availability, special dates, and booking channel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1401\" data-end=\"1566\">Full payment corresponding to the reservation is required to confirm the stay.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1568\" data-end=\"1571\" \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-section-id=\"1cyp0pm\" data-start=\"1573\" data-end=\"1597\">Villa Reservations<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Villas require advance preparation to ensure a proper stay.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">For this reason, villa reservations should generally be made at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance.<\/p>\n<p>Requests made with shorter notice may be considered only when the villa is available and ready to receive guests. Same-day villa reservations are not accepted. For immediate stays, we invite you to check availability in our hotel rooms.<\/p>\n<br \/><hr data-start=\"1933\" data-end=\"1936\" \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-section-id=\"1idj3vw\" data-start=\"1938\" data-end=\"1959\">Cleaning Service in Villas<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1961\" data-end=\"2038\">Our villas are designed to offer greater privacy and independence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2040\" data-end=\"2205\">For short stays, cleaning service may be provided every third day, or guests may choose to enjoy the villa with greater privacy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2207\" data-end=\"2383\">For extended stays, cleaning service is not included in the base rate. Additional cleaning options may be reviewed upon request and subject to availability.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2385\" data-end=\"2388\" \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-section-id=\"1hxluru\" data-start=\"2390\" data-end=\"2433\">Payment for Experiences, Packages, and Events<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2435\" data-end=\"2615\">For experiences, packages, celebrations, workshops, retreats, or special services, the reservation may require full payment or a specific deposit at the time of confirmation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2617\" data-end=\"2722\">The specific conditions of each experience or event will be provided before confirming the reservation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2724\" data-end=\"2885\">By making payment, the guest accepts the conditions of the experience, dates, included services, restrictions, and applicable cancellation policies.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2887\" data-end=\"2890\" \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-section-id=\"1adqr1x\" data-start=\"2892\" data-end=\"2915\">Check-In and Check-Out<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2917\" data-end=\"2992\"><strong data-start=\"2917\" data-end=\"2930\">Check-in:<\/strong> from 3:00 PM.<br data-start=\"2955\" data-end=\"2958\" \/><strong data-start=\"2958\" data-end=\"2972\">Check-out:<\/strong> until 12:00 PM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2994\" data-end=\"3139\">If a guest arrives before 3:00 PM and the accommodation is already ready, early check-in may be possible, subject to availability.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3141\" data-end=\"3258\">If the guest delays vacating the accommodation without prior notice or authorization, an additional charge may apply.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3260\" data-end=\"3380\">For late-night arrivals, any arrival before 6:00 AM will be considered occupancy of the previous night.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3382\" data-end=\"3491\">If you plan to arrive outside regular hours, please contact us in advance so we can help coordinate your arrival.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3493\" data-end=\"3496\" \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-section-id=\"anmu9g\" data-start=\"3498\" data-end=\"3530\">Guest Room Cancellations<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3532\" data-end=\"3592\">Cancellations must be requested in writing by email:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3594\" data-end=\"3630\"><strong data-start=\"3594\" data-end=\"3630\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3596\" data-end=\"3628\">reservaciones@villapatzcuaro.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3632\" data-end=\"3802\">Cancellations made at least <strong data-start=\"3674\" data-end=\"3702\">72 hours prior to arrival date<\/strong> may be eligible for a refund, according to the conditions of the reservation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3804\" data-end=\"3951\">Cancellations made within <strong data-start=\"3847\" data-end=\"3867\">72 hours prior to arrival<\/strong> may result in a charge of up to <strong data-start=\"3917\" data-end=\"3950\">100% of the value of the stay<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3953\" data-end=\"4075\">In case of no-show, a charge of <strong data-start=\"4038\" data-end=\"4074\">100% of the total reservation will apply<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4077\" data-end=\"4080\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-section-id=\"1annuib\" data-start=\"103\" data-end=\"129\">Villa Cancellations<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"131\" data-end=\"426\"><strong data-start=\"131\" data-end=\"158\">Advance reservation.<\/strong>\u00a0Villas require reservations at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability and hotel confirmation. Requests made with shorter notice, except for same-day arrivals, may be considered only when the villa is available and ready to receive guests.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"428\" data-end=\"528\"><strong data-start=\"428\" data-end=\"452\">Confirmation and payment.<\/strong> Full payment of the stay is required to <strong data-start=\"498\" data-end=\"527\">confirm the reservation.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"530\" data-end=\"825\"><strong data-start=\"530\" data-end=\"548\">Cancellations.<\/strong> For cancellations made more than <strong data-start=\"578\" data-end=\"633\">72 hours before the scheduled arrival date and time<\/strong> a refund of the amount paid may be requested. Once the reservation enters the <strong data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"824\">72-hour period prior to arrival\u20143 days before\u2014the full payment made is non-refundable.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"1138\"><strong data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"839\">Changes.<\/strong> Changes requested more than 72 hours in advance are subject to availability and the current rate for the new dates. Within <strong data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1024\">72 hours prior to arrival<\/strong>, any change is subject to availability and express hotel authorization and does not entitle the guest to a refund.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1140\" data-end=\"1278\"><strong data-start=\"1140\" data-end=\"1172\">No-show or early departure.<\/strong> In case of no-show or ending the stay before the reserved departure date, <strong data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1277\">no refund applies.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1280\" data-end=\"1509\"><strong data-start=\"1280\" data-end=\"1312\">Special dates or rates.<\/strong> Some seasons, dates, or special rates may have different cancellation or modification conditions. When applicable, these conditions will be communicated <strong data-start=\"1479\" data-end=\"1508\">before payment is made.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1511\" data-end=\"1657\"><strong data-start=\"1511\" data-end=\"1547\">Cancellation by the hotel.<\/strong> If Villa P\u00e1tzcuaro must cancel a confirmed reservation, <strong data-start=\"1624\" data-end=\"1656\">the full amount paid will be refunded<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4718\" data-end=\"4721\" \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-section-id=\"1l7gjvg\" data-start=\"4723\" data-end=\"4797\">Cancellations for Experiences, Workshops, Events, and Special Services<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"4799\" data-end=\"4952\">Experiences, celebrations, workshops, retreats, tours, or special services may have specific reservation and cancellation conditions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"4954\" data-end=\"4965\">In general:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"4967\" data-end=\"5522\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1ncz8qg\" data-start=\"4967\" data-end=\"5096\">Cancellations made <strong data-start=\"5002\" data-end=\"5018\">5 days or more<\/strong> in advance may be subject to administrative or operational charges.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1sdhnqz\" data-start=\"5097\" data-end=\"5249\">Cancellations made within <strong data-start=\"5142\" data-end=\"5160\">4 days prior<\/strong> to the scheduled date may result in a charge of up to <strong data-start=\"5219\" data-end=\"5248\">100% of the contracted value.<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"tfm9kc\" data-start=\"5250\" data-end=\"5335\">No refunds apply in case of failure to arrive on the agreed date, time, or meeting point.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"16l51i5\" data-start=\"5336\" data-end=\"5447\">Changes are subject to availability and authorization by Villa P\u00e1tzcuaro or the corresponding provider.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"24ux9n\" data-start=\"5448\" data-end=\"5522\">Some experiences or special services may be non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"5524\" data-end=\"5595\">Specific conditions will be provided at the time of reservation.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"5597\" data-end=\"5600\" \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-section-id=\"3bea61\" data-start=\"5602\" data-end=\"5641\">Peak Seasons and Special Dates<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"5643\" data-end=\"5790\">During peak seasons and special dates, reservations may require full advance payment and may be subject to non-refundable policies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"5792\" data-end=\"5826\">This may apply to dates such as:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"5828\" data-end=\"6002\">\n<li data-section-id=\"5h69in\" data-start=\"5828\" data-end=\"5847\">Day of the Dead.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"zh52ka\" data-start=\"5848\" data-end=\"5863\">Holy Week.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"r5nxon\" data-start=\"5864\" data-end=\"5883\">Easter Week.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1lqx047\" data-start=\"5884\" data-end=\"5894\">Christmas.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1fuybum\" data-start=\"5895\" data-end=\"5907\">New Year.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1kjxlf8\" data-start=\"5908\" data-end=\"5943\">Holiday weekends and long weekends.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"uvz1la\" data-start=\"5944\" data-end=\"5967\">Summer vacation periods.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"edvwuu\" data-start=\"5968\" data-end=\"6002\">Regional high-demand dates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"6004\" data-end=\"6093\">Cancellations on these dates may result in a charge of <strong data-start=\"6066\" data-end=\"6092\">100% of the reservation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"6095\" data-end=\"6098\" \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-section-id=\"d1f5tn\" data-start=\"6100\" data-end=\"6120\">Early Departure<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"6122\" data-end=\"6206\">Early departure from the hotel is considered a partial cancellation of the stay.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"6208\" data-end=\"6393\">No refunds will be issued for unused nights, changes of plans, illness, personal circumstances, weather conditions, or any other situation beyond the hotel\u2019s operation.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"6395\" data-end=\"6398\" \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-section-id=\"8ed24h\" data-start=\"6400\" data-end=\"6424\">No-Show Policy<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"6426\" data-end=\"6600\">If a guest does not arrive on the reserved date and does not request cancellation within the established period, a charge of <strong data-start=\"6563\" data-end=\"6599\">100% of the total reservation will apply<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"6602\" data-end=\"6605\" \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-section-id=\"1jp0t1n\" data-start=\"6607\" data-end=\"6623\">Additional Guest<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"6625\" data-end=\"6715\">Additional guests will be charged according to the current rate at the time of reservation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"6717\" data-end=\"6838\">Maximum occupancy depends on the type of accommodation and may not be exceeded for reasons of safety, comfort, and operation.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"6840\" data-end=\"6843\" \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-section-id=\"10vuh3h\" data-start=\"6845\" data-end=\"6863\">Minors<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"6865\" data-end=\"7037\">Due to the characteristics of the property and in order to preserve a peaceful atmosphere, guest rooms and villas are intended for guests aged <strong data-start=\"7025\" data-end=\"7036\">14 and older<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"7039\" data-end=\"7042\" \/>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"663\" data-end=\"675\"><strong data-start=\"663\" data-end=\"675\">Pets<\/strong><\/p>\nPets are not allowed in hotel rooms. In the villas, they may be considered only with prior authorization from Villa P\u00e1tzcuaro.
