Reservation Policies

Guarantee policy:

LOW SEASON

We ask you to:

  • Provide all relevant information, such as full name, address, arrival date, departure date, desired room type, number of rooms, number of guests, etc.
  • Provide credit card information (credit card number, expiration date, security code) or bank transfer.
  • The credit card provided is only to guarantee the reservation, and no charge will be made until checkout.
  • Check cancellation policies.

HIGH SEASON

We ask you to:

  • Provide all relevant information, such as full name, address, arrival date, departure date, desired room type, number of rooms, number of guests, etc.
  • Provide credit card information (credit card number, expiration date, security code) or bank transfer
  • The full amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card provided, or if the guest prefers, a bank transfer for the full amount may be made.

Deposit policy:

HIGH SEASON

We ask you:

  • To make a deposit to the hotel’s bank account for the total amount of the reservation.

LOW SEASON

  • To make a deposit to the hotel’s bank account for a one night stay.

Cancellation policies:

  • All cancellations must be requested in writing and sent either by email to reservaciones@villapatzcuaro.com or by fax to (434) 342 2984, addressed to the reservations department. If the request is accepted and fulfils the requirements it will be honored under the following conditions:
  • If the cancellation is made 7 to 10 days prior your arrival date, no charge will be made to your credit card.
  • If it is made 2 to 6 days prior to your arrival date, a charge of 50% of a single night per reserved room will be made.
  • If you wish to cancel your reservation one day prior to your arrival, a charge of 100% of a single night per reserved room will be made.
  • If you cancel on the day of your arrival, or you do not arrive at the hotel, a full charge of 100% of all reserved nights per room will be made.

Holiday Policies:

  • Cancellations in high season (Christmas, New Year’s, Easter Week, Semana Santa Week, Thanksgiving, Summer Vacations in July and August and National Holidays such as September 16th, February 5th, March 21st and May 5th) will incur a charge of the total amount of the reservation.
  • Cancellations for a reservation made in any of the holidays previously mentioned will incur a charge of the total amount of the reservation, unless they are made at least 15 days prior to the date of arrival.
  • A cancellation made 10 days or fewer prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of the total amount of the reservation.
  • If the full amount of the reservation is not covered, there will be no refund.

An early departure from the hotel will be taken as a cancellation, and there will be no refund. In the unfortunate case that a guest becomes ill during his or her stay, or feels the need to cut his or her vacations short, the hotel accepts no responsibility.

No show policy:

  • Cancellations on the same day of the arrival or no shows are subject to the 100% charge of the total amount of the reservation.

Extra person policy:

  • A $ 175.00 MXN fee will be charged per extra person in the same room. A limit of two extra persons applies in a room with two double beds.

Children policy:

  • Up to 4 years old minors are considered children. 4 years old and older will be charged as adults.

Pets policy:

  • We are a pet friendly hotel. Please make sure to read our pet policies.

Oversold policy:

  • In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from Booking.com, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
